My journey with Plant Spirit Medicine and Reiki has been a journey of empowerment.

In 2021 I had my first encounter with Plant Spirit Medicine. I had already been a yoga and meditation teacher & a Reiki Master for many years, and I was working as a mentor, guiding Empaths to master their energy. However, my life changing encounter with the plants and my subsequent herbalism studies with Marysia Meirnowska completely shifted my perspective on life. It awakened something within me that's hard to describe.

This journey as a healer is a constant evolution, and I'll forever learn from the plants and Reiki. But the more I learn, the more I'm inspired to share their wisdom with other women.

That's why we're here at Awaken Apothecary.

In this empowering space, I'm excited to share what I've learnt about using movement, plant spirit medicine & energy healing to help women like you master your energy and your life.
