Hi, I'm Cindy
Welcome.
If you've found your way here, perhaps you're longing for a slower, more grounded way of living.
Maybe you're tired of looking outside yourself for all the answers. You're beginning to wonder whether your body holds more wisdom than you've been taught to believe. Perhaps you've felt the quiet pull of the garden, found yourself lingering over herbal books, or sensed that there's something deeply nourishing about reconnecting with the rhythms of the Earth.
Or maybe you're simply in a season of change.
Midlife has a way of asking bigger questions. It invites us to let go of who we thought we were and become the women we were always meant to be.
That's certainly what it did for me.
For many years, I searched for healing in all the places I thought I was supposed to. But it wasn't until I discovered the Wise Woman tradition that everything began to make sense. I realised that healing wasn't something to chase, it was a relationship to cultivate. With the Earth, the plants, my body, the seasons, and ultimately, with myself.
Today, I spend my days growing medicinal herbs, making plant medicines, writing, teaching and gathering with women who feel that same quiet call home.
My hope is that the things I share here help you become your own wise woman.
A woman who trusts herself, who knows how to care for herself and the people she loves. Who understands that the Earth is one of our greatest teachers and who finds joy living in rhythm with the seasons.
Because I believe the wisdom you're searching for isn't somewhere "out there."
It's already within you.
Sometimes we simply need someone to walk beside us as we remember.
