Wise Woman Apprenticeship

A 9-Month Journey of Remembrance

There comes a time in many women's lives when they begin longing for something they can't quite name.

Not another qualification or another self-improvement program.

Something deeper.

A return.

A return to the woman they were before the world taught them to doubt themselves, to shrink themselves, or to mould themselves into something more acceptable.

Hi I'm Cindy, & I know this longing well.

My own journey through perimenopause and menopause was, at times, turbulent. Like many women, I believed I was falling apart. But slowly, I began to understand that I wasn't unravelling at all. I was being initiated into a new season of womanhood.

As I immersed myself in the Wise Woman Tradition, plant spirit medicine and folk herbalism, I discovered a language for what I had been living. These teachings didn't tell me who to become; they helped me remember who I had always been.

That journey changed the course of my life.

The Wise Woman Apprenticeship is my way of passing that wisdom on. It is the space I wish had existed when I first began asking those quiet, persistent questions about who I was becoming.

It’s my honour to invite you into The Wise Woman Apprenticeship, a nine-month immersion into the ancient traditions of the wise woman, woven together with herbal medicine, feminine spirituality, creativity, community and deep connection with the living Earth.

Like a child growing in the womb, this apprenticeship unfolds slowly.

There is nothing to rush. Nothing to prove.

Only a gradual remembering of the wisdom that has always lived within you.

This is not simply a herbal course.

You'll certainly learn about herbs.

You'll meet plants as medicines for the body, discover their practical uses in teas, tinctures, oils and remedies, and learn the traditions of folk herbalism.

But you'll also learn to know plants as friends and teachers. You'll explore plant spirit medicine, sit in quiet relationship with the natural world, and discover how the wisdom of the Earth can become part of your everyday life.

This apprenticeship honours both practical knowledge and intuitive knowing.

Hands in the soil and heart held in the mystery.

Along the way we'll explore...

  • The Wise Woman Tradition
  • Folk herbal medicine
  • Plant spirit meditation
  • Herbal remedies for common physical and emotional complaints
  • How to discern when our bodies need medicine, or when our hearts need tending
  • Seasonal and lunar rhythms
  • Goddess traditions, feminine mysticism and sacred archetypes
  • Creativity as a spiritual practice
  • Ritual, reflection and journalling
  • Recommended books to deepen your learning
  • The art of becoming your own wise woman

A Circle of Belonging

Perhaps the most important part of this apprenticeship is not what you'll learn. It's how you'll feel while learning it.

This is a place where curiosity is welcomed.

Where unconventional conversations are not only allowed, they're encouraged.

Where no one laughs at your experiences.

Where intuition is respected.

Where tears are welcome.

Where laughter comes easily.

Where you can whisper your deepest knowing or roar your truth without apology.

This is not a classroom. It's a circle. A place where women witness one another becoming.

Our Monthly Gatherings

Each month we'll gather online as a community. Together we'll journey with a featured plant through meditation, reflection and discussion. There will be teachings from the Wise Woman Tradition, practical herbal lessons, opportunities to ask questions, and space to share our own experiences in a supportive circle.

You'll also receive practices, readings and creative invitations to continue your journey throughout the month.

Is This Apprenticeship For You?

This apprenticeship is for women who long to feel more deeply connected—

to themselves,

to the Earth,

to mystery,

and to one another.

You don't need experience with herbs.

You don't need to call yourself spiritual.

You simply need an open heart, ears ready to receive and a mind open to new ways of being.

What I Hope You'll Leave With

By the end of these nine months, my hope isn't only that you'll know more about herbs. I hope you'll trust yourself more. I hope you'll recognise the quiet wisdom of your own body. I hope you'll understand the rhythms of the Earth as reflections of your own inner seasons. I hope you'll feel more creative, more grounded and more alive.

Most of all, I hope you'll remember that the magic you were searching for was never outside you. It has always lived within.

My role is only to help you remember.

An Invitation

The Wise Woman Apprenticeship is not yet ready for enrollment.

Like the changing of the seasons, some things cannot be hurried.

Over the coming months I'll be walking alongside the plants, listening deeply, studying, creating and allowing this apprenticeship to unfold in its own time. I want every lesson, every gathering and every practice to arise from genuine relationship, with the plants, with the Wise Woman Tradition, and with Spirit—rather than simply being assembled into another online course.

If you've found yourself reading this page with a quiet sense of recognition...If something in you has whispered,yes...Then perhaps this apprenticeship is already calling you.

If you hear the call, I'd love to know your name.

Leave your details below and I'll write to you when the apprenticeship is ready to welcome its first circle.

There is no obligation

This is not yet an enrolment. It's a listening post.

A quiet place for the women who hear the call before the path is fully visible.
